If you are not completely satisfied with your Daintree Essentials order, simply return it with your receipt. We will be happy to offer a replacement or exchange providing the product has not been used. Daintree Essentials will not refund products or services if you change your mind. Return postage and/or shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer returning the goods.
Daintree Essentials agrees to send the product(s) ordered within seven to fourteen days from payment receipt date. Product(s) will be sent by Australia Post when mailed within Australia. Any international mail will be sent via International Airmail. Daintree Essentials is not responsible for any damages during shipping. To avoid disappointment please select shipping insurance.
All shipping costs will be billed to the recipient. Cost to be made available upon confirmation of order.
